Our opening hours are Monday through Saturday, from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. We are closed on Wednesdays and Sundays.

Our custom-made service is exclusively available for brides or graduates.

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping through our partner carrier DHL, rates depend on the destination country. Orders are shipped Monday to Friday.

Orders will arrive within 4-6 weeks from the order confirmation email. Once your payment has been processed and your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email at your registered email address.

We ship to all destinations on a DDU basis (delivery duty unpaid) which means we are responsible for ensuring goods arrive safely to customers destination and customers are responsible for import duties.

If the recipient refuses delivery of their order for any reason your package will be considered abandoned and disposed of by the shipping carrier and therefore, your order is not eligible for a refund OR if the package is returned because you refused to pay the import duties the cost of returning the parcel to our warehouse will also be deducted from the refund of your order.

Orders typically arrive within 4–6 weeks from the order confirmation email.

If you haven’t received your order, you can track your package via the link in your confirmation email to check its shipping status.

If the estimated delivery date has passed and you still haven’t received your order, please contact our customer care team at ilatropicalwear@gmail.com, providing your name and order number.

Shipping, subject to availability and hours of operation, is carried out the next business day after your order is confirmed and payment is processed.

For our made-to-order products, shipping takes approximately 2–3 weeks. Some of our designs are made on demand, with an estimated production and shipping time of 4–6 weeks. If your order is ready sooner than expected, we will notify you via email.

You may cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped. Please contact our customer care team ilatropicalwear@gmail.com to request a cancellation.

If you need to change the delivery address, please contact our customer service team at ilatropicalwear@gmail.com with your name and order number. We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, once the order is confirmed, we cannot add or remove items.

Due to the unique nature of our pieces, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
